frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping usually take?

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous United States. Your order is shipped right from our shop located in Helena, Montana and can take 1-7 days depending on where in the country it is going. For orders to Hawaii/Alaska, shipping takes typically 7-10 days. APO/FPO address vary greatly. We have seen orders delivered as quick as a few days, and some that have taken a month. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to stay up to date with your orders shipping and estimated delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We try our best to package every item well, to survive the shipment, but on rare occasions, something happens during shipment, and the item arrives damaged. We are here to help! We insure all shipments for this exact reason. If your order arrives broken contact us right away so we can quickly move to fix or replace the item. Be sure to keep all packaging, as this will be required for any exchange or replacement of the damaged product.

Do you offer custom builds?

Yes we do! We take on a limited number of custom builds each year. Fill out our custom build form HERE and we can see if we can bring your vision to life. Note: Most custom builds require 2-3 months for design, building, and delivery. Be sure to contact us early if there is a deadline for a finished product to be delivered.

Do you accept Government Purchase Cards (GPC)?

Yes! We can accept GPC via the website checkout or over the phone.

Can I do a split payment?

Yes. If you wish to split the payment for your order, please contact us to set this up. Example: Total order cost is $500, but your unit only covers $380, we can create two invoices, one for the unit and the other for the servicemember or whomever is paying the difference.

Do you offer Museum Glass (UV resistant) for your products?

At this time, we unfortunately do not; but we may be looking to add this option in the future, if we can make it a cost effective option for the customer.

The glass has a little bit of play to it. Is this normal?

Yes! This is actually by design. Wood is an organic material that expands and contracts in different climates, during different points of the year. We allow an 1/8" tolerance for this wood movement to prevent the wood from contracting so much that it breaks the glass.

Are the hardwoods you use stained?

No. We believe in the natural beauty of each type of hardwood we use. That is why we don't color stain any of our products. All our products receive a clear lacquer finish and the color of the hardwood in our product images is that of its natural color.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every item is handcrafted by U.S. Military Veterans in our wood shop, located in beautiful Helena, Montana.
