Orders & Custom Builds

Tax Exempt Orders?

Our company is based in Montana, which does not have a state sales tax. This means all orders placed through our website are automatically tax-exempt, and no sales tax will be added at checkout. You can proceed with your purchase as normal without needing to submit any additional forms or documentation.

Do you offer custom builds?

Yes we do! We take on a limited number of custom builds each year. Fill out our custom build form HERE and we can see if we can bring your vision to life!

Note: Most custom builds require 2-3 months for design, building, and delivery. Be sure to contact us early if there is a deadline for a finished product to be delivered.

Can I personalize my order with engraving, logos, or insignias?

Yes, many of our products can be customized with engraving or insignias. Please contact us to discuss your specific request.  

How long does it take to build and ship my order?

Almost all our products are handcrafted to order. Build times vary depending on complexity and current workload, but an estimated timeline is given on each product's page, and at checkout, when placing your order.  

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or military units?

Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders for units, retirements, and organizations. Contact us HERE for pricing and availability.

Payments

Do you accept Government Purchase Cards (GPC)?

Yes! We can accept GPC via the website checkout or over the phone.

Can I do a split payment?

Yes. If you wish to split the payment for your order, this can be done on the CART PAGE by selecting the "SPLIT PAYMENT" button, below the "CHECKOUT" button, and following the prompts to set up a split payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and GPC orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping usually take?

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous United States. Your order is shipped right from our shop located in Helena, Montana and can take 1-7 days depending on where in the country it is going. For orders to Hawaii/Alaska, shipping takes typically 7-10 days. APO/FPO address vary greatly. We have seen orders delivered as quick as a few days, and some that have taken a month. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to stay up to date with your orders shipping and estimated delivery.

Will I receive tracking information once my order ships?

Yes, you’ll automatically receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our shop. It will be sent to email given when the order was placed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses overseas to support our military members stationed abroad. We do not ship to any other international address at this time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We know how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged order, and we’re here to make it right. Every shipment is fully insured for this reason. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can quickly arrange a replacement or repair. Be sure to keep all original packaging, as it is required to process any claim.

Products

Are the hardwoods you use stained?

No. We believe in the natural beauty of each type of hardwood we use. That is why we don't color stain any of our products. All our products receive a clear lacquer finish and the color of the hardwood in our product images is that of it's natural color.

Do you offer Museum Glass (UV resistant) for your products?

Not yet β€” but it’s something we’re actively considering for the future. We value customer feedback, so if this option is important to you, please let us know. Your input helps guide what we add next.

The glass has a little bit of play to it. Is this normal?

Yes! This is actually by design. Wood is an organic material that expands and contracts in different climates, during different points of the year. We allow an 1/8" tolerance for this wood movement to prevent the wood from contracting so much that it breaks the glass.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every item is handcrafted by U.S. Military Veterans in our wood shop, located in beautiful Helena, Montana.

How do I care for and preserve my display case/shadow box?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or polishes. For products with glass, a standard glass cleaner is fineβ€”just spray onto a cloth, not directly on the case. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the finish.

Policies

Do your products come with a warranty or guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind our work 100% with our β€œGot Your Six” Limited Lifetime Warranty. If there’s ever a defect in craftsmanship or your order is damaged during shipping, we’ll do our best to make it right. Just reach out to us, and we’ll have your six.
