Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation process for our customers.

Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order if they notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Notifications must be sent via email to Contact@LegaciesofAmerica.com

Notification Requirements: When requesting a cancellation, please include your order number, name, and a clear statement of your desire to cancel the order.

Beyond 24 Hours: If we are not notified of the cancellation request within the 24-hour window, the order will proceed as scheduled. At that point, our standard 30-day return policy will apply for eligible items. Please refer to our Return Policy below for further details.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all components included.
- It must be returned in its original shipped packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Note: Items sent back without prior authorization from us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take every precaution to package your item securely to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. However, on rare occasions, items may be damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
All shipments are insured, and claims with the shipping company must be made within 60 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom builds or personalized products, such as challenge coin racks with name engravings or shadow boxes and flag display cases with custom names or images engraved on the glass.
If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To initiate an approved exchange, you will need to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, a credit will be applied toward your replacement item.
- If the replacement itemβs value exceeds the credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid before the exchange order is completed.
- If the credit exceeds the value of your replacement item, the remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method used for the original order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary.
